Snap Space will not sell, rent or lease the customer's personal information to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your personal information remains confidential. 

CUSTOMER PERSONAL INFORMATION: 

Snap Space collects personal information such as: names, phone number, email addresses and addresses for the primary purpose of providing our services to you. We may also use your personal information such as your names on our website and social media platforms that is associated with the images taken at the event, unless advised prior to the event by the customer that they wish for their names to remain private and not used by Snap Space for marketing purposes. 

USE OF IMAGES: 

The customer agrees to and understands that hiring from Snap Space, gives permission for the images taken at the event to be used on Snap Space website or social media platforms for marketing purposes, unless advised prior to the event by the customer that they wish for their images to remain private and not used by Snap Space for marketing purposes. Snap Space will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on our website or social media platforms and will not use any content which may be personally damaging to any person/s. All images will be kept by Snap Space and an online gallery image will remain available for the customer to view for a period of 30 days. The online gallery will be automatically removed after the 30 day period.
